1. 7-Day Refund Policy

You are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The EA is not working on MetaTrader 4 or 5
  • There are technical issues preventing installation or operation
  • The issue is confirmed and verified by the EA99Store Support Team

⚠️ Refunds are not granted for performance dissatisfaction, trading losses, or incorrect EA selection.

2. 30-Day Exchange Policy

If your EA is confirmed non-functional within 30 days, you may request a one-time exchange for another EA of equal value.

✅ Limited to one exchange per purchase
✅ Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

3. After 30 Days

After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
All purchases are considered final beyond this period.

4. Support Verification Is Required

All refund and exchange requests must be reviewed by our support team. Customers are required to:

  • Provide the order ID and product name
  • Submit screenshots, MT4/MT5 error logs, or video proof
  • Cooperate with troubleshooting if requested

Refunds and exchanges will not be processed without sufficient proof of a technical issue.

5. Disclaimer – Risk of Loss

Forex trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss of capital.
By purchasing from EA99Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
